Veyago for business
Software for the business side.
Veyago does four things for businesses: the website, a clear look at the software you already pay for, the system you run on, and the product itself. Each one is priced in writing before work starts, done by the people you talk to, and yours to own.
Websites · from $699
A website that brings in customers.
Hand-written, fast on a phone and findable on Google. Three packages, each at one fixed price, live in about ten working days.
Audits · from $1,290
Find out what your software really costs you.
An independent audit of your Microsoft 365 tenant and your software stack: unused licenses, forgotten accounts, risky settings and overlapping tools. A written report, ranked by risk and savings, that usually pays for itself in the first year.
1.2 · LicensesLow risk
6 licensed users have not signed in for 90 days.
- Why it matters
- Each still costs a full E3 license every month.
- Saves
- $2,808 a year
- Fix
- Confirm with their managers, then remove the license in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Users.
4.2 · MailHigh risk
One mailbox forwards every message to a personal address outside the company.
- Why it matters
- Customer mail leaves the company without anyone deciding it should.
- Fix
- Remove the forwarding on the mailbox, then set automatic external forwarding to off in the outbound anti-spam policy.
Veyago Cockpit · from $3,900
One place to run your business.
Mail, clients, deals, projects and invoices on one database, built around how your team works. It is the system we run Veyago on.
Product work · quoted per project
An app worth building, built properly.
Design and engineering for iOS and multiplatform products, from the first question to the App Store listing. We take on a few a year.
How they fit together
None of them needs the others.
Most clients start with one, and add another when it's useful. An audit shows what the business pays for and where things slip. The Cockpit keeps that visible every day. The website brings in the customers the Cockpit keeps track of.
Whichever you pick
The same three promises.
-
One price, in writing
The scope and the price are fixed before any work starts. Nothing is charged until you have said yes to them.
-
Your data is always yours
A site or a Cockpit is yours on final payment: the code, the data and the accounts they run in. Audit data is deleted within 30 days of the report.
-
A person answers
You talk to the people who do the work, and every message gets a reply within one working day.
Straight answers
What businesses ask first.
What is Veyago?
Veyago Inc. is an independent New York software studio, incorporated in April 2026. It makes its own privacy-first iOS apps and, for businesses anywhere in the world, builds fast websites and back-office tools and runs independent Microsoft 365 and software audits.
How much does a website from Veyago cost?
A one-page Launch site is $699 or €750 excluding tax and is typically live in 7 to 10 working days. A multi-page Business site is $1,690 or €1,790, and a site with a dashboard or CRM behind it starts at $3,900 or €4,100. Every price is fixed in writing before work starts.
Does Veyago do IT audits?
Yes. Fixed-price Microsoft 365 tenant audits from $2,490 and software spend reviews from $1,290, with read-only access and a written report ranked by risk and savings.
What does a Veyago Cockpit cost?
A Cockpit is built as a project, from $3,900 or €4,100 excluding tax, typically in four to eight weeks. On final payment the code and the database are yours, with no license fee afterwards. If you build one within three months of an audit, the audit price comes off.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, from a person. Outages on a site we look after are acknowledged the same working day. Write to hello@veyago.cloud or call +1 (518) 913 2531 in the US, +1 (943) 273 6579 elsewhere.
We also make our own apps.
