Acceptance

Veyago Inc. provides this website and its apps as described. By using them you agree to these terms. We make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you agree not to misuse or disrupt the service.

Your content & data

What you create stays yours. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy for Veyago travel and this website, and the Provisum privacy notice for Provisum.

Service terms for website work

These are our general terms for the websites, dashboards and back-office tools we build for clients. They apply to every quote we send unless the quote says otherwise. Where your written quote and these terms differ, the written quote prevails.

Who they are for

Our website offers are for business customers - companies, sole traders, and organisations - not for consumers.

Scope

The scope of the work is the written quote. It says what is included and what is not. Anything outside it is extra, and we quote it in writing before we do it.

Payment

Half of the price is due to schedule the work and half at launch, against an invoice from Veyago Inc. For Back office projects the quote sets out milestones instead. Nothing is charged before you accept a written quote. If you stop the project after we have started, the first half covers the work done up to that point - the scoping, design and build so far - and is not refunded. Nothing further is owed unless the quote says so.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the Websites page and in your quote. Further rounds, and changes outside the scope, are quoted before we do them.

Ownership

On final payment you own the finished site: its code, the repository it lives in, and the domain. You can take it anywhere and hand it to anyone.

Care plan

The care plan is a monthly service, and you can cancel it at any time. It covers updates, uptime monitoring, backups, and small changes. Larger changes are quoted separately. It is an option, never a condition of the site.

Rush delivery

If you need a date we cannot meet at our normal pace, rush delivery adds 25% to the quoted price. We agree it in writing before we start.

Work we decline

We may decline work that conflicts with our published principles. We will say so before any payment is taken.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms, and every quote made under them, are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA.

Service terms for audits

These apply to Microsoft 365 tenant audits and software spend reviews, and to any fix work that follows one. The governing law above covers them too.

Who audits are for

Audits are for business customers - companies, sole traders and organizations, nonprofits included - not for consumers.

Scope and price

Each audit is set out in an engagement letter: the tenant or the tools it covers, what is in and out of scope, the fixed price, the payment terms and the delivery date. Anything outside it is quoted in writing before we do it.

Read-only access

You grant us read-only roles in your Microsoft 365 tenant and remove them when the audit is delivered. If our tooling needs an app registration, it is created in your tenant with read-only permissions and deleted on delivery. During an audit we do not change settings, delete data or contact your vendors.

Your data in an audit

We collect only what the audit needs, store it encrypted, and delete it within 30 days of delivering the report, confirming the deletion in writing if you ask. A data processing agreement is available before we start. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Findings and recommendations

The report says what we found and what we recommend. You decide what to change, and the changes are made by your team, or by us under a separate fix engagement agreed in writing. Savings figures are estimates from your current prices and usage, not a guarantee.

Independence

We sell no licenses and take no commission from any vendor on anything we recommend or advise you to cancel.

Liability for audits
