Build with Veyago
The same capability that built Kept and Veyago travel - design, engineering, AI integration, privacy architecture - is occasionally available to outside teams. We take on a small number of projects each year. If the fit is right, one team from the first question to the App Store listing.
Strategy, flows, visual design, and design systems built to the same bar we'd hold our own products to. Every screen earns its place.
Flutter for cross-platform iOS and Android, native Swift for Apple platform exclusives. Both are in production in our own products. We pick the right tool, not the fashionable one.
On-device inference for private features; cloud AI (GPT-4o proxied) for generation tasks. We've built the privacy architecture for both and know exactly where the line is.
Data minimisation from the architecture up - not compliance retrofitted after the fact. GDPR and App Store privacy label compliance built in. If you're handling health or financial data, this is where we're most useful.
Listing copy, ASO, screenshots, and a launch plan that doesn't depend entirely on paid acquisition. We've done this for our own products - the same work is available for yours.
One team across the entire engagement - no account manager between you and the builders, no handoff between design and engineering. Small, deliberate, and focused on doing each project properly.
The process
Work out what the product actually needs to do - not what was specified, but what users genuinely need. We cut scope early and deliberately.
Architecture, flows, visual design, and design tokens - with engineering constraints in front of us from the start. No handoff. No redesign after build begins.
Flutter for cross-platform, native Swift where the platform demands it, Supabase for backend, on-device ML where privacy requires it. Built to last.
Store listing, ASO, screenshots, and the pre-submission polish that separates an app that gets featured from one that gets lost.
For clarity
We don't take on projects designed to harvest user data for advertising, build engagement mechanics that exploit vulnerabilities, or ship dark patterns. We don't sign NDAs that require us to pretend we built something we didn't. And we don't take on more than we can do well - if the fit isn't right, we'll say so at the start.
Founders building something worth building, companies with a product that needs more attention than it's getting. The best projects start with a conversation about the problem. If that's where you are - write to us.
