Cockpit is part of our Back office package: from $3,900 or €4,100 excluding tax, typically four to eight weeks. No licence fee afterwards.
Straight answers
Before you ask.
Is Cockpit a subscription?
No. We build your Cockpit as a project, on the same foundations we run Veyago on, and on final payment the code and the database are yours. It runs in hosting accounts in your name, so there is no licence fee to Veyago.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you let in. Cockpit runs on a database in your own account, every table is private by default, and each person's role decides what they can read. Finance stays with the people you name.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Mail and calendar come from Microsoft 365, payments from Stripe and bank transactions from Mercury - those connections run in our own Cockpit today. Anything else is looked at during scoping, and the quote says in writing what will connect.
How many people can use it?
Everyone on your team. Each person signs in with a second factor, and their role decides what they see - a new hire gets their own tickets and projects on day one, not the company accounts.
Can we start with only part of it?
Yes, and most businesses should. Start with clients and deals, or with projects and invoicing, and add the rest when you need it. Everything sits on one database, so a later module never means a migration.
What does it cost?
Cockpit is built as part of our Back office package, from $3,900 or €4,100 excluding tax, typically in four to eight weeks. The scope and the price are fixed in writing before any work starts.
